The UK visa is processed in your country of residence prior to your departure. Conference participants are advised to apply for visa no later than 3 months prior to the conference.

Letters will only be issued to invited speakers or participants who have paid the registration fee.

If you need a visa, you can request an invitation letter via ispcem@liverpool.ac.uk and make it clear whether an electronic or hard copy, or both, are required.
